Privacy Policy
This policy applies to Agent Bob, the AI programme management assistant available at gaelix.online, operated by Joseph Peter as an individual.

When you start a session with Agent Bob, we collect the following information:

We do not collect payment information, device identifiers, or persistent tracking cookies.
We use your data for three purposes:
- Understanding usage — to know who is engaging with Agent Bob and which PMO topics are most explored.
- Improving response quality — session transcripts help us refine Agent Bob's system prompt and knowledge base.
- Follow-up with interested parties — if you have expressed interest in Joseph Peter's work or in the GAELIX platform, we may reach out using the contact details you provided.
Lawful basis (GDPR): processing is based on your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent checkbox before starting a session. You may withdraw consent at any time by requesting deletion (see below).
Session data — including your name, email, organisation, and transcript — is retained for 12 months from the date of your session. After 12 months it is automatically and permanently deleted from our database. You may also request earlier deletion at any time (see Your rights below).
Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic, PBC (the makers of Claude) to generate Agent Bob's responses. This is the only third party that receives your message content.
Anthropic's privacy policy governs how your messages are processed on their infrastructure. You can read it at
anthropic.com/privacy. Anthropic's API terms state that API inputs are not used to train their models by default.
No other third party — including advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers — receives your personal data. We do not serve advertisements.

Where your data is stored
All session data is stored in Supabase's EU (Ireland) region, hosted on AWS eu-west-1 (Dublin). Your data does not leave the European Economic Area except when processed by Anthropic's API (Anthropic operates under Standard Contractual Clauses for EU data transfers).
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data (right to erasure)
- Restrict processing in certain circumstances
- Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing
- Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) at dataprotection.ie
